Group Plans – Provide Medicare Part D Notices

Who? All employers offering group health plans that include prescription drug coverage.
What? Must provide Medicare Part D Notices to Medicare Part-D Eligible individuals by October 14th of each year. These notices let the individuals know whether their prescription drug coverage is creditable or non-creditable (covers as much as a Medicare Part D plan or not)
How? you can get a model notice from the CMS Website or use of the fillable notices below.
